When it rains, storm water that flows from disconnected downspouts can cause wet basements and foundation problems. By attaching the Storm Water Manager onto your 2"x3" downspout you can direct the flow away from your foundation and feed it into a more environmentally sound solution, such as a rain garden. A rain garden can filter runoff pollution, remove standing water and recharge groundwater.

By properly self-managing storm water on your property, you can mimic nature and reduce storm water's damaging effects.
