Wooden barrels, recycled barrels, stands, and full rain harvesting systems are only available for local pickup
or delivery (within driving distance of Portland, OR, or Vancouver,
WA). We build your system to order, subject to materials
availability. We charge a $50.00 deposit for each barrel you order. Please either drop off or mail the deposit to Mike Hillebrecht at 9515 NE Skidmore St. Portland, OR. 97220.
We keep rain harvesting accessories (Drip
Irrigation Kits, Soaker Hose Kits, Zero Pressure Timers, Downspout Diverters,
Barrel Connectors, RainSaucers, Wedges, Stormwater Managers, Filters, and Bung Wrenches) in stock at the
home office, available for local pickup or shipping. All accessories, including Recycled Barrels, are available for local pickup (at the Decatur St. address, below) by appointment only. For local pickups, we only accept cash, checks, or money orders at this time. Sorry, no plastic.

Zero Pressure Timers
We ship timers within the US by USPS
Priority Mail (2-3 Day). Shipping and handling is $16.45 for 1-2 timers
and $23.60 for 3 timers. For zip codes beginning with 594, 596-599, 832-838, 893-898, 940-961, 970-986, or 988-994, shipping is $13.65 for 1-2 timers and $17.95 for 3 timers.
To ship timers to Canada, we use First Class Package International (1 timer $22.82, 2 timers $33.64).
Shipping & Handling for 1 to 2 Wedges: $4.95 via First Class Mail (US only)
Shipping & Handling: $4.30 for one or $5.31 for two via First Class Mail (US only)
S&H is $14.50 via Priority Mail (within the U.S.) for one diverter. For two or more, please contact us.

Submit your requests with your full mailing address using the order form below. We'll let you know how much shipping will be for Ground or Priority Mail, and once you let us know your preference we will send you an online invoice with your total payment due. The invoice will include a Pay Now button, allowing you to pay using PayPal, credit or debit card, or you may send a check to the address above.
When your product is ready, you will be contacted to make arrangements for pickup.
Appointments are necessary in order to pick up
your product(s). Do not show up unannounced. If for some reason you
are unable to keep your appointment, please call 503-752-4398 to let us know
and to reschedule. If you do, at any time, "no-show" and/or "no-call," please be aware that there will be an added charge on your invoice.
Delivery & Setup Fees
If you need your product delivered and/or
set up, our fees are as follows:
Delivery within Portland/Vancouver Metro areas: $20 - $35 + $0.50 per mile
Delivery outside the Metro areas: $35 - $50 + $0.65 per mile

Setup for one story buildings: $70 single or double barrel, $85 triple or quadruple barrel
Setup for two story buildings: $80 single or double barrel, $95 triple or quadruple barrel
Setup for open top systems: $25 single or $35 double
Ground Prep: Breaking up soil, leveling, and/or laying down pavers $10 - $35
Stone Pavers: Single barrel system $25, double barrel $40, triple $65 and quad $80. (includes sand & landscape fabric)
Repair work: $25 + parts (on site and within metro area)
$25 + parts + mileage (at shop or outside metro)
Pressure wash: $45 to $70 (within metro only)(depends on size of system)
Consultations and Site Analysis
$20 + $ .50 per mile traveled within 30 mile radius (one way)
To request a consultation, fill out the form above and we'll set up a day and time that are convenient for you. (Winter hours: 8-11am, Mon. - Sat. Dec. and Jan. excluded.) Once there, we evaluate your site to determine optimal placement of rain harvesting systems and system components.
If, at the end of the consultation, you decide to move forward with a rain harvesting system, a deposit is required at that time to start the process. Then, after building your system, we can schedule a delivery and installation appointment.
A $50 restocking fee applies to
all returned rain barrels.
(Deposits are non-refundable)
Delivery fees apply to pick-ups as well.
Diverters that have been installed can
NOT be returned.
All new/unused or defective products
must be returned within the period specified.
If there is no stipulated date, then items returned within 30 days of purchase will be charged a 25% restocking fee, after 30 days, it will be 35%.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
When returning items via mail, include your invoice or a copy of it
and a written reason for return,
along with the merchandise in its original packaging. Please indicate
if you would prefer exchange or refund.
Any liability of Rainbarrel Man Co. is
limited to the replacement of defective products or their purchase price (minus 25% if not returning item).
Abuse, misuse and neglect of products shall not be covered under any
warranty or return policy.
The replacement will be covered for the remainder of
the warranty period dating from the original purchase.
Rainbarrel Man Co. is NOT responsible for any items that
may have frozen and burst due to neglect.
